missingWrote a review on Dec 07helpful staffstained bedding
The staff really went above and beyond. they even arranged for local delivery when we asked about food options.
The bedding was not up to par—specifically, the pillowcases were stained and the towels were quite stiff.

A refreshing escape in Managua
The hotel’s serene courtyard provided a lovely setting for relaxation, and the staff were genuinely helpful, even going out of their way to assist with personal needs. The location in Bolonia felt safe, making it ideal for solo travelers seeking peace after a day out.
Unfortunately, the food options were quite limited, especially in the evenings, which can be challenging given the safety concerns of nearby restaurants. Additionally, some amenities showed signs of age, like outdated bathroom fixtures that could use an upgrade.

The pool area is a nice spot to chill after a day out. The breakfast, while limited, is still adequate for fueling up before exploring.
Had to ask for mosquito spray to deal with an invasion of mosquitoes in my room. The cleanliness was underwhelming-hair everywhere, old soap in the bathroom, and a dirty sink. The neighborhood lacks dining options at night, which makes for a less convenient stay for late eaters.

The cozy ambiance and the large outdoor garden provided a relaxing retreat, while the small swimming pool was refreshing after a day in the heat. Breakfast choices were limited but adequate, and the staff were notably pleasant, enhancing the overall experience. However, my room was quite close to the reception, leading to some noise disturbances at times. Additionally, the location, while tranquil, lacked proximity to the bustling city center, which might not suit all travelers.
